Larken has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 10 years and has a background in Kinesiology. She practices a style of therapeutic relaxation that includes stretching, Thai Yoga Massage, Ashiatsu Massage, Swedish Massage and injury recovery massage. Book a Balanced Massage to incorpate all of her modalities or book a modality specific massage. Both are tailored to your individual needs.
Currently at the Lakewood location you can also book a private or small group yoga class. Larken specializes in restorative yoga and yo-massage (hands on assist through the whole class) and aligment based classes. She focuses on where you should be feeling the strethening and stretching of each pose.
In her mission to help everyone feel better in their bodies Larken also realized she love's to help people feel better in their skin. Now you can book a facial with your massage or by itself. Every facial is tailored to the client using European facial modalities, Gua Sha techniques and facial cupping. The results leave you feeling relaxed and your skin glowing. In the treatment room Larken uses Green Envee, Color Up Therapeutics, and Sonage.
​In her free time you can find Larken playing in the mountains with her dog or at any live music!
